01Why

Why a locker for internal distribution?

A person, phone in hand, at the locker's touchscreen
Collection with the code received on the phone
  • Open outside working hours

Night or weekend shift, an employee arriving before reception opens: everyone collects on their own. Without a badge, a code arrives by SMS.

  • Who took what, and when

Every collection and every tool return, viewable in the back office and exportable for your audits.

  • Nothing to connect to your network

A 230 V socket and built-in 4G/5G, with no network cabling or building work.

02Uses

What the locker hands to your teams.

  • PPE and safety wear

The stores prepare the allocations (gloves, helmet, goggles, safety shoes) and drop them off in each operator's name. The night shift collects theirs with a badge; every handover stays in the log for your HSE audits.

  • Tools and measuring instruments

Drill, toolbox or measuring instrument: the person collects the tool, then puts it back when they have finished. The back office shows who took it, when, and whether it has come back.

  • IT equipment

For onboarding, IT drops off the new starter's laptop; for repairs, it picks up a workstation to fix, with no appointment. The employee is notified by SMS, email or Slack.

  • Welcome kits, badges and keys

HR prepare the new starter's kit the day before: badge, workwear, documents. They collect it on arrival, even before reception opens, and the handover is time-stamped.

04Who it is for

At the plant as at the office.

Industrial sites

Shift teams help themselves at the locker with their badge, even when the stores are closed. Every collection has a name.

  • PPE and safety shoes for night shifts
  • Tools and measuring instruments lent, returned and tracked
  • Parts prepared for maintenance
  • Company badge, or a code by SMS for temp workers

Do you also receive parcels on site? The parcel locker takes them in at the gatehouse.

For rental, from €349 excl. VAT per month for the main module of 18 lockers, maintenance included; delivery and installation are charged at the flat rate stated in the quote. Purchase is also possible: details are on the Pricing page.

The locker opens by badge, code or QR code, day and night. The picker drops off during the day, night and weekend teams collect on their own, and every collection is recorded in the person's name.

Mifare, DESFire and HID badges work after enrolment, checked on a test badge. Someone without a badge, a temp worker for example, receives a code by SMS.

Yes, in both directions: IT drops off a workstation ready for a new employee's arrival, who returns it when they leave or for a repair. Badges and keys go through the same way, and every movement is tracked.

Lockers of several sizes, from S to XL, in the same column: from a pair of gloves to a toolbox. The locker hands out items prepared in advance; it does not dispense consumables one by one and does not weigh anything. The badge identifies the person, not the item.

The person collects the tool, then puts it back in a locker when they have finished. The back office keeps a record of both movements: who took the tool and when it came back.

A key cabinet only holds keys; a vending machine dispenses consumables one by one. The locker hands out allocations prepared in advance, from a badge to a toolbox, to the person identified by their badge, and keeps a record of every handover and every return.

Slack, email and SMS notifications and badge access are included. Microsoft 365, SAP or your ERP connect through the API; the connector is set up at deployment.

A 230 V socket and built-in 4G/5G, with no network cabling or building work. Installation takes half a day, 2 to 4 weeks after the order.
