01Why

Why a parcel locker at work?

Lockolis parcel locker installed outdoors in front of the goods reception of an ETF site, VINCI group
At ETF (VINCI group), at goods reception
  • Reception no longer handles parcels

Everyone is notified at drop-off and reminded the day before expiry. A parcel that is not collected is handed back to staff.

  • The driver stays off site

Locker at the entrance or the gatehouse, indoors or outdoors. Each drop-off is time-stamped: the receipt replaces the stamp.

  • Nothing to connect to your network

A 230 V socket and built-in 4G/5G, with no network cabling. Data hosted in France.

02How many lockers

How many lockers does your site need?

The locker is sized to the parcels received each day, for the company and its employees alike. At 10 parcels a day, the main module of 18 lockers is enough; each added column brings 11 more lockers.

Only know your headcount? The calculation assumes 1.5 parcels per employee per month.

03Who it is for

At the office as on an industrial site.

Offices

The driver drops off without coming in, the employee is notified and collects when passing by. Reception no longer keeps parcels.

  • Employees' work and personal parcels, without tying up reception
  • Collection outside reception hours, by code or badge
  • All carriers, no app
  • Several sites: one back office, permissions per site

Do you also hand out laptops, keys or PPE? The same locker handles equipment distribution.

04How it works

How does a parcel locker work?

  1. 01

    The driver drops off

They select their carrier on screen (UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo, DHL, DPD, GLS…) and drop off, with no app.

  2. 02

    The recipient is notified

A code by SMS or email, or a Slack notification, as soon as the parcel is dropped off.

  3. 03

    They collect when passing by

With their code or company badge, without waiting for reception.

  4. 04

    Everything is tracked

Drop-offs, collections and reminders time-stamped. As an option, the carrier also picks up your shipments.
