To buy, the same main module, indoor version, starts at €4,800 excl. VAT, plus a software licence. The price then depends on the number of lockers (columns of 3, 5 or 11 lockers, with volume pricing), on indoor or outdoor installation, on the options and, for rental, on the commitment period. Delivery and installation are extra, at the fixed price stated in the quote. The configurator works out how many lockers you need, and your priced quote arrives within 48 hours.
With rental, a single monthly fee, maintenance included, with a commitment of 12, 24 or 36 months. With purchase, you own the equipment and depreciate it over several financial years; a software licence is added, of your choice: the Essentielle licence, required for the locker to run, or the Tranquillité licence, which replaces it and adds on-site maintenance, parts and travel included.
Our technical team, 2 to 4 weeks after the order. Installation takes half a day on site for a standard module. Delivery and installation are extra, at the fixed price stated in the quote.
No. With rental, the subscription covers the hardware, the software, preventive and corrective maintenance, support, updates and 4G/5G connectivity, with no charge per callout. Delivery and installation are extra, at the fixed price stated in the quote. With purchase, the quote also states the price of the software licence; with the Tranquillité licence, on-site maintenance is included, parts and travel covered.
With rental, after-sales service is included: remote intervention first, then an on-site visit if needed, spare parts included, at no extra cost. With purchase, both licences include remote support; the Tranquillité licence also includes on-site maintenance, parts and travel covered.

Yes, from 6 months, for a season for example. A rental of 6 to 12 months is priced in a quote, at a higher monthly fee than with a commitment of 12, 24 or 36 months. For less than 6 months (an event, a few weeks), we do not offer rental.
