The built-in payment terminal, which takes payment at collection, is an option.

Yes: they are two names for automated laundry collection. The customer drops off their dirty laundry in a self-service locker and collects it clean with a code, without going to the counter. The same locker serves a self-service laundrette as well as a dry cleaner.

Yes. Two modules are in stock: the main module of 18 lockers and the add-on module of 11. To order, you choose the exact number of lockers (10, 12, 16, 24…) and the split between sizes XS, S, M, L and XL to suit your volume and the space in your shop.

Yes. The lockers come in 5 sizes, from XS to XL, and sizes L and XL take a standard laundry basket or a large laundry bag. For a laundrette that mostly handles laundry by the kilo, the locker can have a majority of L and XL, with a few small sizes for dry cleaning (shirts, single items).

At drop-off, the customer enters their phone number and taps their card on the contactless reader: only a card pre-authorisation is recorded, nothing is charged. Once the laundry is done, you put it back in a locker and enter the amount on the screen. The customer receives an SMS with a collection QR code, and the amount is charged when they collect their laundry.

From 0.6 m² for the add-on module of 11 lockers. The main module of 18 lockers takes up about 1 m², and the two can be combined for more capacity.

No. The locker has its own 4G/5G connection: it does not use your router and stays in service if your Wi-Fi goes down. A standard 230 V power socket is all it needs.

Yes: colours, logo, signage, sizes and number of lockers. This is useful for franchise chains that keep the same identity in every shop.

They are reminded by SMS after 24 hours, 72 hours and then 7 days. Beyond the period you set, you are notified so you can free up the locker, and the card pre-authorisation can cover a non-collection under your terms and conditions.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks after the order. On site, installation takes less than half a day, and your team gets to grips with it in a quarter of an hour. Delivery and installation are extra, at the fixed price stated in the quote.
