Yes. The software is included in the subscription, from €349 excl. VAT per month for the main module of 18 lockers, maintenance included: back office, notifications, standard integrations, updates and support. With rental, there is no separate licence; with purchase, a software licence is added to the hardware (Essentielle or Tranquillité). Only integration with your information system (API, ERP connector) is a dedicated project, costed in the quote.

No. The back office is available from any web browser, with nothing to install. For users, the locker opens with a code, QR code or company badge: no app is required, whether for your employees or for delivery drivers.

A central console runs your entire fleet: head office, regional branches, industrial sites. Permissions are managed by site and by department, and usage reports are consolidated for the whole fleet.

Slack, email and SMS notifications and RFID badge access are included in the subscription. For your other tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Outlook, ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Sage or Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, e-commerce, HR, ticketing), the software connects through its REST API and signed webhooks: the connector is set up with you during integration and costed in the quote. Zapier, Make or n8n cover other tools, and badge access can build on your existing access control.

Yes. Data is hosted in France, encrypted at rest and in transit, and every access is logged. The logs remain available for an audit, kept according to your retention policy.

Yes. Every loan is tracked (who, what, when), returns are checked and available stock is visible in real time. It is the typical use for IT, stores and HSE teams.
